If a booking is cancelled or a payment error occurs, passengers may request a refund through our booking platform, authorized channels, or customer support, in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Valid refunds (after deducting any applicable Cancellation Fees) will be credited to the original payment method, user wallet, or the channel through which the booking was made.
For bookings made via an authorized agent, refunds will be processed through the agent, and Super Transportation is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the agent.
If excess amounts were charged due to payment facilitator or bank errors, passengers should contact their bank or payment provider directly. Super Transportation will assist by forwarding refund requests but is not liable for delays or failures caused by third parties.
